I am looking for help with my sprints and tt. I am good on the game at riding in the mountians and on hill stages.
Can someone give me rough effort percentages needed on tt and sprints as i am rubbish at getting my team to lead out my man. e.gWould i need to set my team at 90% relay then counter sprint them?
When journalists at the Tour de France ask me if I am the best sprinter, I answer 'Yes', and that's seen as arrogance, but if they don't ask me, I don't say I'm the best sprinter in the world.
