Time Trial
With 4 pretty evenly matched riders the Rwandan TT national championship has more suspense than most of them. The 4 likely contenders are Uwizeyimana, Hadi, Mugisha, and Nsengimana.
S. Mugisha is the first of the favorites on the course.
Hadi is next , those two are just on the same time at the second check.
At the finish Hadi is 2 seconds better.
Uwizeyimana is next to finish. He matches Hadi’s time but is listed behind on the fractions.
Nsengimana is the last man on the course.
His time comes in and matches the prior two, we will need to wait for the final splits.
Nsengimana wins it, with an official gap of 1 second. He is the only one of the four who hasn’t won the title before.
