It’s a classic cobbled race in Belgium. Van Hooydonck and Stallaert should be the favorites, but local teams like Lierse and Lotto could not agree.

The break of the day was already a group of big guns with Wellens, Willems, Theunes, Robeet, Van Hooydonck and Benoot.
