What's the deal here? We'll have one rider to be sent out on loan into PT for maxing from level 4. We're happy to pay the wage fully or split it, whatever is easiest for you.

1 > 3 LOAN: We would like to clarify that Duvel-Tsingtao will be keeping the vast majority, if not all 200k of the loan cap available for a 1 > 3 loan. We will also be maintaining a significant portion of our wage budget that can be used to help pay the rider's wages. We are open to bringing in more than one of these 1 > 3 loans if there is appetite for it.

NEW SECTION - 25K LOAN IN: We are likely to need to fill a roster spot and all going well, can only afford around 25k of wages. We will provide a fee going your direction, and we'll have around 55k of loan cap to play with (opening the roster up to slightly higher paid doms).
If you see a solution for a rider you're not getting much interest in but would like to dispose of, and would like to pick up at least a 55k fee for, while covering any wages above 25k, please DM me!
