what´s the point of doing that? and when is the best time to do that?

At the end of the race, using an energy gel will make your rider able to attack / sprint for a longer period of time.

Oh didn't know that tooPfft thanks CrueWink now maybe finally I will make Cavendish sprint in stage that isn't completely flatGrin
