scouting reports

had a look through the other scouting pages but could find the answer to the following question i have:

What is the order for scout reports?

obv future great is best and no hoper worst but whats the order in between

Future Great
? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ?
No Hoper

I'm not sure i just put the ?'s in to try and make it clear what i was on about, there may well only be four set reports.

The two that i was struggling with were promissing and worth watching as i didnt know which was higher than the other.

I've now got another question to add to the thread.

On the career i am playing at the moment i have seen a rider i want my scouts to keep an eye on in a conti. team however when i go to his scouting page and click on monitor and select my scout to monitor him nothing happens, is this a bug or is it just not displaying that he is keeping an eye on him?
