I would recommend using the Excel Editor, opening two instances of it (make sure they're in different folders so that the data doesn't overlap) and then opening your cdb in one of them, the game's cdb in another and simply going table by table and copy your stuff into and over the PCM22 one. It's a chore, but at least to my knowledge it's the only way.
