With the off-season fast approaching, it's time to see what you want different in this year's off-season.
There's already some big changes coming in, but if you have any ideas about what to include/change for the off-season, and for next season's racing, here's the place to do it

It would be more fun, to be able to race the conti races as a PT team.
Maybe, the PT teams can race the conti races that is in their country of origin?

But then you'd clearly take all our points away as you all have the best riders. And seeing as most of your riders are maxed in race days, I don't see how that would work either.

I think that something should be done about the stats. They got to high. Especially in the PT. The Angliru stage is a perfect example.
Also, I think the transfer system should be changed, but since I haven't thought about what and how to change it, I'll keep my mouth shut about that.

Indeed some stats should change, also im not in favour of giving riders like e.g. Maaskant higher stats cos they did well in reallife, however you could implent a bonus for average riders who for example did very well in the management game, perhaps a co leader who suddenly did well in a GT (Gadret ) or a rider who just did very well in MT stages despite his 74 MT stat or who is always in the right attacks.
just as p3druh said some changes in the transfersystem would be nice altho I cant think of some myself now, however I wouldnt implent that clause thingy again...it just feels so sucky when one of ur riders is almost going to another team and theres nothing u cant do about. And I dont think this will mena that no one will sell his best riders cos if I get an nice offer for Contador I might just sell him but yes there are some riders like Pozzato who I would never sell for any price but thats just because I like Pipo

The stats thing should sort itself out when we switch to PCM 08. The difference in 1 stat point is bigger for PCM08 than PCM06

I beg to differ. I think Maaskant should get 80 in cobbles and I should get a written apology
@Crommy:
Completely forgot about the PCM2008 shift. Let's hope that it acknowledges that there in fact is a difference between 83 and 82.

I'm very much a supporter of that idea, but how that would be managed and worked out is far from my brain power. I'd love to see Stamsnijder get stat increases to show the fact he did exceptionally well in one stage race this year. But it's just not going to happen.

Indeed, that could cause problems because if rider x gets e.g. a higher hill rating since he was very succesfull in breaks in hilly races or was capable of following better riders in those races someone then someone else who manages rider y could start complaining because he thinks that his rider also did way better than he was expected to...but I would really like to see something like this as it would make the game more realistic

As far as transfers go I think salaries need to be more substantial in relation to our budgets. Looking forward to it though, and I demand a huge budget
edit: and changing stats seems like it could get very complicated and troublesome
