Tiredness in grand tours

Hello,

I’ve just started playing this game, so I’m still learning about it. My questions are:

1. How much tiredness should my riders (playing manager career mode) have, halfway through the grand tour (and at the end) on average,

and 2. How does tiredness affect my riders in the race.
