Can't Move forward a day

The game wont move forward whenever I click the forward button on a day late in July. I know that I can move forward to the next day using the Advanced Editor, but I don't know the step-by-step instructions. Could someone outline them for me.

Click button. Go away from the computer for 20 minutes. Come back, and then post again.

Its not that, it wont even move forward if I simulate days ahead (sorry, I forgot to mention that), the game just stops for a second, like its preparing to move forward, and then doesn't have the bar load.

I got it to work, but it involved deleting the Appdata folder, don't ask me why Frown

I've had this happen to me a couple of times. Each time I "Quit to Main Menu", reloaded my savegame and it worked fine.
