Once in a few races my game crashes. I get a white screen and the notification that i've got a visual runtime error. What can i do about it? I already playes with several databases and with all kind of settings.

Yes ia have it all the time. Even reinstalled the game, etc....and then suddenly: the game has to stop because of a runtime error....librairy..so and so....on the net i didn't find any suggestions, beside that it is a fault in the game, but i didn't found it here sofar

Did you try closing down all the other running applications (firewall etc.) while playing PCM?

First thing Cyanide will tell you is make sure the drivers for your graphics card are up to date.

That's the first thing to do.

I have XP home / SP3. Yes i tried to play without backgroundprogramms. You never can tell when it crashes. Sometimes a few races not, then the same race twice. Had a stage in the Dauphine Libere where t happened a few times at the same spot on top of a mountainpoint.

seems to me like a bad install or something.
