Former National champion stripes missing

Hey,

In my career (for only a few some countries) the Former National champion stripes are missing. For ex. L.L.Sanchez has no stripes (no single former champion from spain) but in my database of the savegame he has the 'former national champion'.

For other countries it seems okay, also WC and EC
