Wrong Video Memory

Hi
I have a big issue. I have a gaming laptop with two possible gpu, one low performance and an nvdia geforce rtx 3070 laptop gpu.
Although I changed my settings in both Windows and Nvidia Control Panel so PCM 2022 should use my high performance graphics card, it still shows in game the available video memory of 496mb instead of the 8gb which is supposed to be there.

I googled and only found that with adjusting the settings in the Nvidia Control Panel it should solve the issue, but in my case, it doesn't. Since the video memory of 496mb is way too low, it makes my game unplayable.
Does anyone know a workaround?
