Where is the weekly load that use to be in carrier mode?

It's no longer possible to regulate individual weeks in the planner. You can only do so in the Objectives tab by setting race goals for riders and/or clicking on the bars below the respectives races.

I dont get it, how do you then plan ahead of time, when it comes to form and tiredness?
So now i have to go in the planner and check tiredness and then go to objectives, find the rider and give him rest, wtf????

If you set the objectives in the first few days of the year, the AI will automatically create a schedule that has fitness peaks at those goal races and rest periods afterwards, unless the next goal is coming up shortly. If you don't pack the calendar with objective after objective for months without rest, from my experience riders should not get too tired over the course of the season. But it is a bit trial and error. You can also manually adjust individual weeks by clicking on the respective bar in the objective tab (the ones that the AI automatically sets as green, normal or red).
