Hi.

What is the best way to do short time trials, or Prologue.

When i do long, i make sure that the yellow, fals with same speed as remaining distance. but that's not possible for short timetrials, because, then the RED bar will dissapear fast. Should you aim to always have red and yellow bar remaining ?
