I can't spend anymore than 1.2 million as max amount, total salary for all my cyclists. I have 17 million funds, but i can't spend that money at all? Is that normal? 1.2 million isn't enough to build a well rounded team.
The game determines a sponsor's maximum budget at the start of a career. You can edit that yourself in the DYN_sponsor table with any given editor. Then your sponsor should offer you higher budgets over time. If you want to accelerate that, you can also edit the actual current budget in that same table.

Oh thank you for ur reply it would hv been better if i could just use all money i want and not only sponsor budget. If i edit my limit it will do what i want, but i should do the samd for every team then otherwise it gets boring. To have a top puncheur, gc guy, sprinter and some flandres cyclists with 1.2 million seems tough, but maybe i just spend to much on the riders in general.
Personally, I like the restriciton and I can be very successful with half that amount. A key is to hire young riders and give them 3-year contracts and see them improve. I also find that there are some classics riders with AVG 77 or 78, good allround stats and a wage below 30,000 who can win big races.
