Pro Cyclist training planning
ricus
Just started playing pcm2022, I skipped the 2021; I got straight to the pro cyclist mode to get a better hang of the game, and I'm having serious trouble planning the training of my rider. I don't know if I'm missing something, but I can only plan on a 2-week basis (maybe it was like that also in the 2021 game); do you guys have any tips to better balance fitness and tiredness with this mode? Something that works as well as the 3-week hard/1-week rest that was gold in pcm20?

hi! didnt find this option too
do we need to trust to AI with our training? Frown

it's pretty straight forward tbh, just train hard until you reach 99% (taking into account your riders' tiredness) and then just train easy (green) for the rest of the season. Easy training diminishes your tiredness so much that you never have to rest.
