change sponsor's expectations

Please, how can I change sponsor's expectations? I try to change my team - leave Astana and join Francaise De Jeux, but sponsor still has very high expectations, 4 example only one plus (+) for Tour De Romandie overall winning, I need to change it, but OI don't know why
I know how to use Hannes converter.

well, thank you, but I think that this is only about off-game mode, not about saved game in 2010 4example, but don't bother, I managed to change my team from Astana to Orbea in a normal way and it works (I won Parise-Nice Grin )
