Problem with national champions-Etarnal DB

I play with LPR and my riders can't take a national champions jersy.I won colombian,norvegian and chezh nationl championship and next races my riders don't wear the national champ jersys.I play best DB with most varaint stages and REAL from past year stages-Etarnal DB with patch 1,2.How can debug this problem?

National Jerseys withouth sponsors don't work in PCM07. I had that problem to. Just Copy Sponsorless jersey into LPR map en rename to LPR_Maillot_xxx
