Our lord and saviour roturn is afk for a couple of days, but he already prepared most of the ranking update for CT (and later PCT). I added Tachira for a quick and not too detailed ranking update.
Onto the rankings now. A very tight battle at the top, with McCormick only two points ahead of Gjensidige. The Americans with 3 RD's less though. Both teams scored really well in Tachira. The Americans had three riders dividing their points (Kuss, McNulty and Keough together around 115 points), whereas Salinas alone took just less than 90 points for Gjensidige. Glanbia also on the podium so far, which will definitely feel nice after a season of staying around the bottom of the table the whole time.
Crabbe the first rookie team in fourth then. Barely scoring in Tachira, but winning the Gisborne GP delivered a lot of points. HelloFresh in fifth, also scoring most of their points from a classic. Two more rookie teams just below the promoting top-5, but the difference being that Volcanica had more rd's and a disappointing Tachira, whereas Pas Normal - Mikkeller only used five of their rd's so far.
The second half of the table existing out of more experienced teams, with the Eddie Stobart boys having only raced four rd's so far. Aramco and Trans together at the bottom, but with the season barely started and having only used 7 rd's this doesn't mean anything yet. BWT, BNZ and Tafjord will be hoping to improve their pprd in the coming months.

Thanks for doing this Nemolito. Clearly you are the saviour of CT/PCT here by providing a post month update coming earlier than mid next week. |

No concern at the moment given our limited RDs in races we didn’t have a top favourite. Expecting this is the lowest we will be all season.

Awesome, a great start to the year.
February is going to be low on points, so we needed this start!

I'm liking the PPrD for Sutty & i'm hoping it's a sign of good things to come this season for them!
Also enjoying the two "G" teams in 2 & 3 and the two Pink "B" teams in 9 & 10, could be two fun little battles to watch.

Not the start I was hoping for and I certainly project more then a mere 700 points for the season! Huge improvements have to be made over the coming months... Should we disappoint again I feel an actual MAJOR rebuild in the transfers for next season. Obviously early days but still shocking start for us in races we usually do quite well in...

I believe we were first in the rankings in our first season after January. It didn't last. I expect a repeat.
Thanks for the update.

6,07 pprd was not what I was expecting for in January. Well, I am really, really hoping we can improve that or at least achieve the top 10 goal set at the start of the season. As we are projected right now we're out of that objective. |
