Modify startlist of a custom build race

Hello everyone,

I've build a custom grand tour, which works perfectly fine in this game. I just can't figure out if there is a way to modify the AI-startlist in Career mode for this race.

All world class riders seem to avoid this grand tour as it is. Is there anyone who knows how to change who starts in races in career mode?

Any help would be much appreciated.
