How to publish db at workshop?

When I press publish, it shows me this error:
Mod checking FAILED.

<check database>
<checkraces>

etc. I've deleted the mod XML file as Benji suggested: https://www.youtu...lr3GuRUKSg

You probably need to fix the errors in the DB that lead to the failed Mod Check. You'll find the log file in the AppData folder of PCM and need to look for the lines after <check database>, where the errors are listed.
