Apostrophe (') problem in Names

Directeur Sportif Posts: 12759 Joined: 27-07-2015 PCM$: 1961.50	Hi, I'm getting apos& character for all names where there is an apostrophe like Ben O'Connor, Giro d'Italia, etc when I set up a new DB in PCM 20. Any idea why this is and how solve it? Haven't faced this problem before.
