5 C2HC, 6 C1 including America with HC points and 4 C2 in this period.
Carlsberg topping the ranking despite not being in America and same goes for following duo Carrefour and Project Africa. No surprise they are promotion favourites as they score well with small amount of race days on a regular base.
Then the America teams Glanbia, Europcar and Sauber, whereas McCormick despite a good America scoring is further down. BNZ and Gjensidige not having had the best scoring in the GT and neither Nordica or Eddie Stobart.

The full ranking still sees Carrefour in front but their gap is smaller as Carlsberg moved behind them passing Centovalli.
Philips remains 4th and those teams still look pretty secured by now.
The 5th and final guaranteed spot is hardly fought though. Project Africa moving into the hot seat now as Tryg is losing ground. Los Pollos, Bralirwa and Sauber all still in range while hte other teams likely only fight for their mid table spots.
Not the greatest period, but we're still living well off our early season heroics. Looks like we should be pretty safe for a Top 10, especially since both Naesen and Selig still have one or two decent scoring opportunities. That's perfect for our debut season. Great to have our two top leaders both in the Top 15 as well. And man, that's going to be a close fight for 5th place! Fingers crossed for P:A, with all due respect to the other contenders But who knows how many places allow for promotion anyway.
Still in fourth and it is looking more and more like that's where we'll end up this season. Philadelphia not being included means we'll lose some more ground.
Keinath above Kelderman now! The former has done really well. Hoping he can finish it off well in his home race. The rest of the season will depend on Kelderman though. The season ending hilly classics are left and we hope he goes well there. The cobbles trio have also contributed very well without being spectacular. They still have a race left. Two important races with Boev and VDS as leaders but not sure we can expect much from those. The bad news is we've fallen out of the Top 5 in the individual standings and having failed two goals already, failing this one as well would be a big setback to our ambitions next season.

We didn't have many races in this period, hence dropping only one spot is actually good news. Furthermore, a gap of almost 400 points to 5th is a comfortable margin; with just 15 RDs left that should really be enough. Reinhardt and Moscon are in the individual Top 10 now, which looks great - and both have some RDs left in the finale.
If we manage to fend off Philips for 3rd, that would be amazing - I guess it will basically be Kelderman vs. Moscon, hopefully with some Reinhardt magic deciding the battle for us.
The fight for 5th looks pretty tense, too; it would be amazing if Sauber could move up, but unfortunately that doesn't look very likely now. But P:A would definitely deserve that spot as well with an amazing debut season!
Nice to see some familiar faces being somewhat secure on promotion already. Honestly would prefer if the standings stayed this way so that I won't have to compete with riders such as Pinot and Kelderman in CT next year
No wonder that we dropped a spot, and it's looking better than expected honestly, if the Philadelphia results are added we would have more of a cushion over Bralirwa and Sauber and even come a bit closer to Tryg again.
It will be a very interesting battle with Bralirwa, as we are so close to each other and have the same remaining schedule. We're both hoping for a strong cobble end of the season in his home race, whereas our sprinters can hopefully do something decent in Herald/Solidarnosc. The one card I do have and the other three teams close to us don't is Sterbini. If he has a good day, a top-3 in the Herald GC would do wonders for us.
Zuri will be a no show for Bralirwa and us (probably, but if anyone scores it should be our favourite Rwandans ) - whereas Sauber and Tryg might score big there, so we'll need to be well ahead of them before that race if we want to hold our ground. They both have some extra remaining RD's as well I see.
P:A seems set for fifth I think. They have several time trialists that could score well in Herald, while they have been quite decent in hilly classics as well iirc.
We've still got 6 races left to try and make a difference, but I can't see us gaining any more spots.
We have Milano Torino (Anuar Aziz, Costa, Frankiny), GP Lugano (Anuar Aziz, Costa, Frankiny), Herald Sun Tour (Lobato), Course de Solidarnosc (Jiang), Bayern Rundfahrt (Ranaweera) and Zuri Metzgete (Frankiny, Pellaud) left.
So I'm not too confident about our scoring potential in our remaining races. we've been carried hard by our Mountain department and that's pretty much done for the season.
Trentino being overcounted and then corrected pulled us down earlier in the year, but Philly not be counted yet should mean we're actually in for a small boost from AKA's only win. Because Philly isn't counted, I'll spare you all the rant about AKA being 36th behind 7 other pure sprinters. I'm in a good mood.
It was obviously a great stretch for us as a team, with several top performances, including C1 victory. We've scored at least enough to not lose ground in almost every race, and that's all you can hope for. When you add in the sporadic great results, it's a recipe for success.
That puts us, somehow, in 2nd place overall. I'm not sure how we managed to pass Centovalli, but we did. I can't say I'm disappointed about it. 2nd place is better than I projected preseason, and a top 3 would be right at or above expectations. A top 5 and promotion was always the only real goal. Seeing as we're several hundred points above the projected 5th place total already, I'd say we're pretty much good for that. That means we'll be able to regroup in PCT and should have at least 4/5 goals completed for budget purposes. Can't get much better than that. At least, we've never gotten close to as good as that before.
The main reason we're in such a good position is that everyone, sans AKA, has done their job this year. Warbasse's season is done, so he won't stay in 3rd overall probably, but still, what a fantastic season for him. 2 overall victories, succeeded in both goals. Overachieved in the mountains to make up for the lack of ITT's in our division. He ends up as the clear 3rd best stage racer, and that was an ideal outcome.
JJ isn't done yet, but he had a great reclamation tour through CT. Getting his wage down to 99k and keeping him was maybe my best managerial move of all time, if I do say so myself. He hasn't won, but he's been consistently among the top 5 puncheurs, and that's good enough for me. 14th place in the standings is above expectations I think.
Sinkeldam as well has been great in sum to be at 24th overall. He's had some bad days and some bad luck, but luckily he's made up for it by scoring well in most of his C1 opportunities. Fabbro likewise has underwhelmed a lot this year, but he won a classic when given leadership, and finds himself in the top 30. I might have wanted a little more from Eg, and Bertilsson has been a dead spot, but guys like Olesen picked up the depth scoring too. Overall, solid performance with limited manpower.
I gotta say, I thought Tyrg would have gotten that 5th spot by now if you asked me a few months ago, but P:A had some great planning and Pinot did his job. Hopefully it will be a great battle between those two (and 7-9) for that 5th spot.

I expect a lot more than 5 teams promoting this year. Which means the PCT division will get even more competitive next season with all the very capable managers doing well here
Wow! Didn’t expect that 5th place. It’s been a couple of good races for us, but Tryg is always super consistent and has way more depth. Pinot has been excellent for us this season! To clinch that 5th spot is super important for our sponsor goal so hope we can round out the season with good results.
Bizarre to see us just one place behind Philips at this point - that team got done dirty by PCM AI!
Sorry for a late reply to this, have been swamped with post-college life... but thank you for the update Roturn, my head is finally wrapping around the fact that we might actually be in the front seat now to win this division. Although this was definitely a goal of mine, the season has been a bit of a bizarre one with Novak leading us in scoring so far, and with us missing all 3 of our race goals.
Our team HQ should be seeing some updates with some more info on my observations about this season and such (hopefully soon), but I've been especially surprised at how the well-rounded scoring nature of the team has paid off so well. I think this was easier to build as a team coming down from the PCT, but we definitely got lucky with some cheap guys performing great like Lavoine and Ghyselinck. Realistically, although we have no individual riders in the top 10, the fact that we have 6 riders in the 10-40 range has really impressed me and was definitely not something I expected. Lets see how the rest of these races go however, as I genuinely feel like Carlsberg has been underperforming given their talent, which makes me even more nervous about the races to come given that they're still so close to us in scoring.
