Breakaway Specialist Posts: 779 Joined: 27-10-2007 PCM$: 200.00	If a good rider isn't performing well he looses morale, if he rides well it goes up. They can also loose morale from you giving them a role that isn't in their contract, for example having Contador as a team mate.

Domestique Posts: 722 Joined: 02-08-2008 PCM$: 200.00	I have Soler contracted as absolute leader, but have used him mainly in the mountain points competition in races. Also I think I may have neglected Gasporatto and used Hunter as my primary sprinter. Thx regards Jaywol.
