Tour De France 2021 PS - Manual/Guide?

Sorry if this is somewhere really obvious but, I can't find it anywhere.

I bought this game from the Playstation store. Downloaded and, obviously, there is no hard copy manual with it.

I can't find it to download anywhere. I've figured out the greater part of the functions and meanings but, some of the symbols are a mystery to me.

For example, a couple of my riders had E1 against their name and I haven't a clue what that means. Red and Green arrows are straightforward, some of the other symbols are not.

If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it!
