Can you manage a career on the teams actual budget at start of game or do people edit their finances with editor? If you edit can u let me know how, I'm using lachis editor.

I quite like that the budget is limited, I liked it even more in older editions where it was even more limited. However, I believe there is a major flaw with the new promotion system (based on squad quality rather than points scored) when you start with a low budget team, I've written about it in this post:

I'm still playing this career after a break of a few months and keep continuing to slightly raise my budget (by raising the maximum). Still, I actually had to edit my save game to keep my team in the WT last season - it won the WT ranking, by quite the margin, and yet the squad was only ranked 22nd.

My current budget is still just 210k per month and yet the team is very successful, not winning much, but regularly collecting points. And it's crazy that the game still wants to relegate me. Probably will happen again this season...
