It doesn't make sense nor is realistic, but that's what they decided to go with some years ago.

And if you started with a smaller team and your budget isn't big enough to afford enough riders with high average (as a rule of thumb, I'd say you need at least 3x78avg to be in the mix for the lowest WT positions), you HAVE to switch sponsors - potentially regularly - to get significantly more budget after good seasons.
