can anyone tell me how to change it because i edited a pic and saved it in the correct photo type but it does not appear correctly in-game

You must save as 64x64 TGA 32-bits file in Cyanide/PCM2008/Gui/Single/ManagerPhoto.. You can overwrite the old photo or not..

It works for me.

Use paint.net it worked out for me
