Problem with PCM 2008

I have problem with PCM 2008. First I have problem to install patch 1.0.2.3, then I installed it and installed Plus Package database+update, I runned it once, but I could not continue from 1 th of january. I can not run it any more. I tried to run career, but the game writes me only waiting for connection without any reaction.
Help me please, if you know, what is wrong.

I have never heard of that problem. Does it work without Plus Package?

I will try it, but I d not have activations attampts any more. If you want, I can send you video with my problem. I created it by my digital camera.
