[PCT] HC Band Choices 2020

It's time for PCT teams to decide their HC band choices.

As revealed in the HC profiles thread, and the subsequent calendar file, there are 7 HC bands this year - of either 10 or 11 race days. And each team will ride 6 of them.

These all come out of the total of 175 RD for each team. So it means that some will be using 61 of those RD in HC, and others using 62 of them.

Please send a PM to me with your prioritised list.

e.g.
1. Band 4
2. Band 2
3. Band 3
4. Band 7
5. Band 6
6. Band 1
7. Band 5


No start deadline for HC, so feel free to PM them whenever you want and in best case a fair way can be found for all teams.

Picking 6 of 7 HC bands with just a little bit of spare room could have gone perfectly right with all teams getting their top6 choices.
Unfortunately while having a decent balance throughout all bands, 3 bands were oversubscribed by 1 single team leading to three teams only to get their top5 + their 7th choice. All others are in their preferred bands.

Having all getting their top5 though is already really good to see.

Band wise Band 2 started strong with most teams having it as top1 or top2 priority. The trend stopped though and instead it was pssed by band 3, 5 and also slowlsy band 4 starting from the 3rd priority and extended with the 4th.

The top6 priority then at least saw 19 teams in all bands minimum, which is band 1 followed by Band 2 and Band 7 with 20 teams. Due to the oversubscribed bands 3-5 those two are getting additional teams, so that all HC bands have between 19 and 24 PCT teams.

For CT managers this means, Bands 3-5 are not available, while there are at least 2 spots per race for all other bands.

Glad there's some CT spots left in races I like. Probably going to need to use a couple this year.

Not getting my seventh choice was essential as it would screw with the number of C1/C2 racedays available, so happy with this one as well!
