So in my 2nd year and I am winning a 2.1 race (Cro Race), penultimate stage and going along fine in the peloton then disaster....I crash. When I get going again, I am 2 minutes behind the peloton with about 50KM to go. I almost get back on the back of the peloton but didn't quite make it and end up losing 7 minutes.
The question is where the heck was my team mates! Not one of them dropped back to help me get back on!
Hi, this is something I have been dealing with, and since I have not figured a way to make team mates help my crashed rider, I turned crashes off. The problem for me is that once the peloton is gone I cant order the other riders to do anything. No idea how to deal with crashes..

Yep It happens to me as well. It must be a stupid bug...
When your have the role of the leader, you can control the other riders like in career mode (just the attack button is not possible). I just found it randomly by clicking on a teammate menu on the left. So this may be a tip if you crash as a leader otherwise, yeah, you will be alone with pain
