which patch should I install

I ve just brought PCM 08 I would like to know which patch I should install or if the first patches are included in the latest one

All you need to download is Patch 1.0.2.3

do you still need to download that patch if you've already dloaded pepsilight's patch?

Yes. There's a major difference.

The official patches are released by Cyanide and affects the game, e.g. bug fixes, etc. All other patches are released by database makers for their databases which affect the rider names, etc. Never mix these two up.
