I am playing the new game and I had the tutorial on to see if there was any new updates that I missed. On the objectives page, the tutorial says that you can negotiate objectives, but I thought this feature disappeared 2 or 3 years ago. Is it back? And if so, how do you negotiate objectives? Or is it just that the tutorial hasn't been updated?
