small fixes + memory leak fix plus this:

Riders finishing outside time limit now taken into account. The interface is not active yet so names are not displayed.

Nice the memory problem is being fixed.. Sad the release is in next week.. I'm not home..

Hey CT when i play, i can play small races, pologues or ITT and TTT, but when it comes to the mountains and the long stages i always get a microsoft vicual C++ Runtime error, will this be fixed or do you know how to fix it. btw my shaders is on medium (i changed it from very high because i though it would help) I have already lost a career and a mountains jersey because of this!
