whats a good team for career mode

im relatively new to the game, so to start off i did a career with ineos to learn the basics and i did pretty well. but now ive upped the difficulty and im looking for a new challenge (not too big of a challenge though). so, what is everyone thoughts on a good team to pick for career mode that will be a challenge but not too challenging (preferably a team that specializes in gc and climbing) (id also like to point out that i have the 2010 and the 2003 database)
