How to withdraw development team from race?

Hi guys,
I want my main team to be registered in certain races. How do I withdraw the development team from the race so my main team can register? Can I do it by using PCM fast editor?

Mabye this can help you

First search the Id of your development team and than unsubscribe it from the races you want.
