I'd be surprised if a 2008 update wasn't released for PCM07. I mean, some people are still making databases for CyM2, so why not for PCM07, a 1 year old game, too? |

PCM3 is like PCM1, hardly anyone is now bothering to make stuff for them because PCM2 and PCM4 are so much better.
You will be very lucky to get new stuff for either PCM1 or PCM3 because of this.

reading this I just about something. Is it possible to edit and create a database which meets my wishes, and then copy paste it in the pcm07 directory? Will pcm07 work normal with my self-created db? |
