The game is slow...

I have set all the options to the lowest. And I've changed the shaders but the riders are still too shiny and the graphics are too good. I wand bad graphics and a fast game.. Can I get any help or some tips about what I've been doing wrong???

and if that doesn't help, you'll have to upgrade your hardware I guess
