Why does Soler and Sella never participate in Tour de France and Giro di Italia on PCM 08?

does anybody know how to get them to participate in the race?

I've tried...but my problem is that when i create a game and say "yes i want to use the startlist that has been found" the riders i've put up in the startlist aren't those who are chosen in the race

Well, what do you do with the start lists after you've made them? Did you place them in the right folder?

The folders you must put the startlists in are:

My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2008/Export/Startlists and My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2008/Import/Startlists
YORKSHIRE BORN, YORKSHIRE BRED...
