is it possible to change the data for "Value" and "Average" only?

hey guys!

first of all i'd like to thank you for reading through... even if bernard kohl is going to trash some of your heroes at l'alpe d'huez today in RL Grin
i have to pay tribute to pcmdaily-staff and all those skinner and modder out there as well, thx a lot for your efforts!

right now im using the "Realname Database Pack 2008" and other (only graphical) improvements, so i don't have to be the manager of a team named "Alk house" *sic*! as some of you guessed by now, i've chosen the continental tour "ELK Haus - Simplon" team for patriotic reason. first thing to do, was to reinforce my squad, by searching for "contract is free" at the very beginning. i've found out, Lars Boom was willing to join as luxury team mate wich brings up my question:

is it possible to change the data for "Value" and "Average" only? - since they don't seem to fit well and i expected both values to be the result of a formula... was this "faulty behavior" caused by my custom database?

i should have signed a weaker rider anyway, cause lars is boom-bastic (wich makes my austrian riders look bad)... i dont think he was available with original database btw.

right now, im watching stage 17 of the tour de france on eurosport... boy, u gotta love cycling!!!

well, Lars Boom is already dutch champion in real life, even though he hasn't even turned pro on the road yet. The guy is insane

since i edited right now... my question should point to:

i expected both values to be the result of a formula
