Riders invisible in replay

Ok, so I got my first ever stage win last night and decided to save a reply of it so I could go back and get some screenshots of the key stages of the race.

Then when I went to watch the replay and it opened up, all the riders were invisible (screenshot below). The replay that was shown straight after the race didn't complete and crashed although the stage results were saved, is the invisible riders to do with that? Also I presume that there is no way of being able to get the riders visible again in the replay?
