Transferpoint bug??

I can´t use my last transferpoints, I have 18 left out of 60, but I vant open new contracts. Is it af bug, or is there some rules I do not understand?

I dont understand the system, some days I can contact a rider, and some other days I cannot, even though it cost 0 point and the rider has no contract. Please help me, to figure out this system.

I'm having the same issue, have you figured it out?

I'm in continental division, i have 11 riders for next year, 17.000€ left for salaries and i have 23 points left, but they show in red colour and i cant open conversations with any rider. Is it a bug or what? Its really annoying because i want to promote to continental pro and if i cant spend those points i'll be stuck in continental another year Rolling Eyes
