change racetype to ITT

Hello, I've been trying to change the race type in the database looking at the STA_race and STA_stage tables but i can't find anything that would allow me to change the racetype.

my goal would be to put a mountain stage as a ITT, or to edit a flat stage to get a 100+km ITT.

on the internet i can find i need to go to STA_stage , find the stage and then put fkIDstage_type to 1, but on the STA_stage table I can't find "fkIDstage_type". There is only : IDstage, Race, gene_i_day, month, gene_i_computed_date, gene_i_stage_number, gene_b_selected, CONSTANT, gene_sz_variant
