Any editor to copy rows and some cells?

Dear All,

I've a problem I've started a Pro Cycllist Carrer with Default DB and I want to change all fake names. The issue is I've used PCM Fast Editor and it is working but is not possible copy more than one cell and isn't possible copy rows.

So do you know if a PCM editor that it's working with PCM 2019 is possible to do it?
