The Dyn_sponsor_regions and the added values:

importance and wanted squad.

In the database about importance from the respective regions but not wanted squad. For example FDJ has 7 regions but only need squad from one country. How does this transfer to the game? Is it like one is is for the suad and the other is for the targets races?
