Hello,

Is it normal that I can't see the stats of other riders ingame? What do I need to achieve to see them?

Yeah, that's completely normal. The more you ride with them, and see their results etc, the more of the stats you know and learn. It takes some time, but you can spend skill points to get to see them faster.
