Technical issue - Why does it says error ?

Amateur Posts: 8 Joined: 21-05-2019 PCM$: 200.00	Hi everybody, You guys have helped me before, and im sure you guys know the solution for this problem. I have finally installed PCM2008 on my PC and it works, but if i am installing the latest update (Patch 1.0.0.8), then it shows the message on the image. I can't open PCM because of that error. Does anyone know how to install the patch without trouble? Because if im right the game will crash on season 2-3 and the patch can solve that problem. The problem happens on both of my computers. One of them is windows vista, the other one is windows10. I really hope someone can help Have a great day. Best regards tokilo attached the following image:
