No Spectators

Hi. I do not have spectators and urbans during the game but the settings are on the maximum level and the "quality of the spectators" and "display roadsides" are ticked. (My video card is the latest one). Does anybody give me a help?

Try to uninstall & reinstall the game

It's a general issues, the developers are aware of them. Apparently it was something "Rare that exists since PCM17" but only since today they are aware it affects a lot of people
