How can I change the weather ingame? :)

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I just can't figure out where to post it.


I tried to put the region on UK weather but I still can't get rain in my race only works randomly

That's probably all you can do. Only other thing you could still change is the temperature, that is, in STA_region the likelyhood of how warm/cold it is.
